This is how it works
Order Your prescription as Usual
Order your prescription using your preferred method which can be NHS app or over the phone. Surgery will process your order as agreed. Normally surgery takes 48 hours to generate and sign prescription.
Prescription is received by Pharmacy
Prescription it is automatically downloaded by us if you have nominated us. Once prescription is received, it is clinically checked by our pharmacist. After checking it is sent to be dispensed and accuracy check
Prescription is sent for Delivery
After prescription is dispensed, It is either put on shelf for you to come and collect or it is put in delivery tote to be taken by the delivery driver. Generally it takes 3 working days from the time you ordered your prescription
